Our team
EME have been manufacturing and supplying educational furniture in Sanquhar, South-
West Scotland since 1965. The eme factory was the first to take advantage of the
earliest industrial estate in the area and over the years has provided steady and secure
employment for an enthusiastic and dedicated workforce.

Our products
The eme furniture ranges are manufactured from raw materials through to the finished product at our factory. We take pride in our reputation, which is second to none for supplying quality, durable furniture. All our items arrive assembled, ready to use.

Our fleet
We have our own transport fleet with experienced and responsible drivers and we deliver
throughout the whole of the UK mainland.

Our planet
It is EME company policy to purchase, where possible, materials that are environmentally
friendly. When we buy new materials we investigate fully the material make-up. Most of
our raw materials are purchased in Britain, and we only use timbers and veneers from
managed sources.

They are a unique facility covering many aspects of British, European and International test requirements for furniture, materials and components. They also ensure a fast resolution of customer complaints and disputes on behalf of retailers and manufacturers, helping companies throughout the furniture supply chain to achieve World Class Performance.
