PLACING YOUR ORDER
You can place your order with us by fax, email, post or via this website. Please remember to include all your colour, edge and height options as required. Payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date or proforma.
FREE DELIVERY
For orders of £500 and over (excluding VAT) carriage will be free to anywhere in mainland UK, excluding the Highlands. Prices on request for other requirements.
Deliveries are made under cover, to ground floor loading area. An installation service can be provided, please ask for a quotation.
FULLY ASSEMBLED FURNITURE
EME FURNITURE is supplied fully assembled and ready for use.
DESCRIPTIONS
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure descriptions of our products are accurate, inevitable changes may occur. We therefore reserve the right to make necessary substitutions, whilst ensuring standards of quality and performance are maintained. Colours shown should be used for guidance only, please request a free swatch if required.
PRICES
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT which will be added to all invoices at the rate of ruling at the date of despatch. We reserve the right to amend prices should adverse circumstances or market conditions make this necessary.

RETURNS
All our products are manufactured to customers order, cancelled or returned goods will incur a 25% restocking charge. Please note: Our Elements range and upholstered seating can only be accepted back if faulty, and not for any other reason.
OWNERSHIP
Goods shall remain the property of EME FURNITURE until payment has been made in full.

EME GUARANTEE
Subject to clauses (i), (ii) and (iii), all goods supplied by the Company are guaranteed for 5 years
from the date of purchase against faulty materials and workmanship.
During this period, goods will be repaired or have parts replaced free of charge provided that:
1. The goods can be inspected by the Company and evidence of purchase date provided
2. The goods have been purchased by the user and not for hire purposes
3. The goods have been subject to fair wear and tear during normal office hours
4. The goods have not been misused or handled carelessly or treated otherwise than in
accordance with the product care guidance provided by the Company
5. Repairs have not been attempted other than by the Company
(i) All moving parts are subject to the same warranty as above save that the warranty
period is 2 years
(ii) All fabric from the Company’s standard ranges used in the goods is subject to the same
warranty as above save that the warranty period is 3 years
(iii) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fabric chosen by the Customer that is outside the
Company’s standard ranges and fabric supplied by the customer for incorporation into
goods is not covered by any of the above warranties.
